1. The Toolbelt AI service

You may use the service only for lawful business purposes. Do not use it to violate another person’s rights, send unlawful or deceptive messages, upload malicious code, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, or submit information you do not have permission to provide.

3. Availability and AI output

We work to keep Toolbelt AI available, but the service may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance, updates, outages, or events outside our control. AI-assisted content may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular situation. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them or sending them to customers, and Toolbelt AI does not replace your professional judgment.

4. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information you submit, your account activity, your customer communications, and keeping any login credentials secure. You must provide appropriate notices and obtain any permissions required to collect and use customer information through the service.

5. Payment and pricing

If paid plans or other charges are offered, the applicable price, billing frequency, included features, and payment terms will be shown before you authorize a purchase. You agree to provide accurate billing information and to pay approved charges when due. We may change pricing for future billing periods with reasonable notice, where required by law.

6. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel a subscription using the cancellation method provided with your account or by contacting us. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless the purchase terms say otherwise. Unless required by law or expressly stated at purchase, fees already paid are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, it will be handled using the original payment method and the timing will depend on the payment provider.

You retain rights to information and content you provide, subject to the permissions needed for us to operate the service.

8. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without warranties that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose. We are not responsible for decisions made solely from AI output, customer conduct, or third-party services. To the extent permitted by law, Toolbelt AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from the service. Any limits that cannot legally apply do not apply.

9. Changes and termination

We may update these terms as the service changes. We will post revised terms here and update the date above. We may suspend or end access if you materially breach these terms, create risk for the service or others, or if we discontinue the service. Provisions that by their nature should continue will survive termination.
